Arlene Morris

Arlene Morris has established a sound reputation of staffing in a niche market for accounting and financial professionals. Her strong work ethics and business practices are the foundation of this organization’s success.

Her extensive years of recruiting experience stems back over a decade where she was the Branch Manager and Division Director of an international staffing firm which focused in accounting, finance, and information technology. She led the Hawaii operations playing a vital role in the placements of temporary, temp-to-hire, and full-time candidates through its major divisions.

Having spent her earlier years in the accounting and financial fields gives her a clear perspective of staffing in this profession. Her career was spent in private industry primarily in the banking field as an Analyst for a worldwide financial conglomerate in its military banking division for the Far East Region. Prior to this, her accounting experience included working for a savings and loan institution as well as in the hospitality industry.

She currently serves on the board of the Institute of Management Accountants, and is a member of several community organizations including, the American Society of Women Accountants, the Filipino Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii, and was also involved with the Jaycees in Community Relations.

Ms. Morris is a graduate of Hawaii Pacific University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a member of the Delta Mu Delta Honor society.

Raymond Suganuma

Raymond Suganuma was formally a manager for a global staffing leader in the accounting and finance area. He has successfully placed top-notch professionals in the Hawaii market throughout the early and mid 1990’s. Many of his multiple assignments have covered the full spectrum of accounting positions in diverse industries. His focus has always been on building long-standing partnerships through trust and integrity.

Initially, Mr. Suganuma began his career in public accounting as an auditor for one of the largest “Big 5” public accounting firms in both the Hawaii and Los Angeles offices. He then moved to private industry where he excelled in his area of expertise with a major advertising firm on the West Coast.

He holds memberships in various trade organizations and continually invests his time volunteering in numerous community activities.

Mr. Suganuma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from Gonzaga University.
